How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is completed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please refer to the guide below for approximate production & shipping timeframes for the products we offer.
Note: To determine the total time to complete your order, you must combine the production and shipping timeframes below, based on your selected shipping option. Timeframes are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on factors that can be difficult to predict.
Production Timeframes:
- Digital Prints: within 2 business days
- Photo Cards: within 2 business days for most "Classic" cards, within 5 business days for most "Signature" cards
- Photo Books: within 5 business days
- Calendars: within 5 business days
- Other Photo Gifts: within 5 business days
Exceptions: please allow 2 weeks for the production of the following products:
- Messenger Bag
- Clutch/Cosmetic Bag
- Bucket Tote
- Woven Throw Blanket
We provide the following Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping
Orders with standard shipping usually arrive within 5 - 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to addresses within the contiguous United States. However, the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed by the carrier, so some packages may take longer to arrive. Electronic tracking is usually available with this service though unavailable for most prints.
Second Business Day Shipping
Second Business Day Shipping includes electronic tracking and is guaranteed to arrive in two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is completed and shipped. This service is not available with orders shipped to International, Hawaiian, Alaskan, or PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Next Business Day Shipping
Next Business Day Shipping includes electronic tracking and is guaranteed to arrive on the next business day (not including weekends or holidays) after your order is completed and shipped. This service is not available with orders shipped to International, Hawaiian, Alaskan, or PO/APO/FPO addresses.
