What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order online click on the 'View Order Status' link at the bottom of our Web site pages.
The most common descriptions you'll see in the status field are as follows:
- In Process - your order has been submitted online, and is in the process of being transferred to our production facility.
- In Production - your order has been transmitted to the production facility, but the production process is not complete yet.
- Shipped - your order has either left our facility to be delivered to you or has been packaged and is waiting for the next pick-up to be made by the shipping carrier.
You might also encounter the following order status descriptions on rare occasions:
- On Hold - there is some sort of issue preventing your order from advancing from "In Process" status to "In Production" status. This designation usually indicates some sort of technical problem with your order. A PhotoWorks employee will be notified automatically when your order reaches this status and we will try to resolve the problem. If we are not able to resolve the issue or if the issue will delay your order significantly we will contact you with additional details.
Note: Currently our Web site is not able to display the ship date or tracking numbers for overnight shipments.
