Terms & Conditions of “Forgotten Film Promotion”

• Limited Time & Quantity Offer
Offer is limited to five rolls of film, and one order per customer. Offer cannot be applied retroactively to a previously submitted order. Customer must include coupon and order must be received by PhotoWorks at the post office box indicated by November 19, 2007.Forgotten Film promotion not applicable to orders received without a valid coupon. Multiple orders received from the same customer will not qualify for the promotion excepting the first order received.Forgotten Film promotional orders must be shipped separately from standard processing orders.

• Limited to C-41 Process Film
Offer good for C-41 Process film only. PhotoWorks is no longer able to process film labeled with the Seattle FilmWorks brand, or any other film not expressly marked “Process C-41.” All film submitted under this promotion that is not Process C-41 will be returned to the customer.

• Limitation of Services
Offer good for free developing, scanning, and uploading images to customer’s account at www.photoworks.com only. No other processing options are available in conjunction with this offer. Negatives will not be returned to the customer and no replacement film will be provided. Offer does not include prints or other products. A valid email address is required to take advantage of the Forgotten Film promotion.

• Service Timeframe
Due to anticipated volume, PhotoWorks cannot guarantee the standard service timeframe published at www.photoworks.com for orders submitted under this promotion. PhotoWorks will make every effort to process promotional orders as quickly as possible. Customers will receive email notifications when the order has been entered and when images are available online.

• Limitation of Liability
PhotoWorks cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or expired film. Film quality degrades over time and PhotoWorks cannot guarantee image quality from old or improperly stored film. Offer has no cash value, is not for resale, and is not redeemable for cash.
